I know, I know. I pick on Lawson Support too much.
But man, what an easy target:
I mean, c’mon. Here’s a company that constantly touts itself as a “player” in ERP space. Yet they can’t even keep their support infrastructure up-and-running.
It’s pretty common for even the small guys to at least have 24/7 monitoring, RAID storage of some kind and redundant servers.
Maybe it’s time for Lawson to outsource their support?

Support sites are like a store’s front door for existing customers. It needs to be open!
Perhaps Lawson is trying to save money…and skimming on the cost.
