Lawson as we’ve known it is no more.As for now, it appears that Lawson will operate as a mostly standalone operation, with some cross-selling and high-level integration efforts over the coming months, as outlined in this release: Infor and Golden Gate Capital Complete Acquisition of Lawson Software.
